I went to Japan for a few months back in September until around April. I paid for the $100+ International Plan add-on while I was there but I'm still getting charged for the plan this month and, according to the bill, next month as well.
I haven't been able to find any way to cancel it, following what other people say just has the part that cancels the plan missing or takes me to a page telling me I'm not paying for the plan even though my bill still says I am.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
