recently ordered a Sharp Rouvo V phone.
Making an outgoing call if speakerphone engaged I can hear it ring but can't hear the person called when they answer.
If I receive an incoming phone it all works fine. Anyone ever have this issue?

That is an odd issue. Did this start after a software update? Have you reset the phone snd tried again? Tried without a case?-Joe
I need to try a hard reset however.. When I got the phone / got it up and running a couple weeks ago after noticing the issue I put the SIM in my old phone and everything was fine.
A couple days later I wanted to test the ROUVO again. Replaced the SIM card & I had to totally sign into the phone all over again. none of my data was retained. don't know if that means anything?
a hard reset would definitely be a good next step here. We look forward to your update.
