I signed up for 5G Get More in April 2023. When I go to the “Enroll in Apple Music” screen on my iPhone 14 (upgraded through Verizon), there is a message saying “pending order” next to my device. It’s not possible to enroll in AM here. It’s supposed to be included in my plan. The other phone lines which are 5G Start have an option to select Apple Music (6 month trial) or “none”.
I’ve spent hours on the phone with Verizon and no one can help get AM working. Does anyone here have any ideas what “pending order” can be? It seems to be the thing preventing me from enrolling in AM. How can I get to the correct Verizon person to resolve this? Thanks for any insight on resolving this.
