How are you looking for it? It should be available when you log in to your account. Using the My Verizon android mobile app, hitting DISCOVER and search for 'account number' it takes me to my profile which shows my account number. Or, select ACCOUNT and 'Edit profile & Settings' takes me to the same profile page showing my account number.
I am logging in as the account owner/manager so that might critical.
