Slow data speeds despite full bars

Getting EXTREMELY slow 5G data speeds in the 96858 Hawaii region. Currently sitting at 4 full bars of 5G on my iPhone 14 pro max, but averaging less than 1mbps download and upload speeds when running my internal tests via Speedcheck. Anywhere else on the island my service is well above this average. Please help..
