Received a text from Verizon 6 weeks ago stating “we are making upgrades to the network.” Shortly thereafter, my LTE service went from never having a issue, to no signal.. I live in Austin.. anyone else have the same experience?

Hi, I'm having this same issue. I consistently get 1-2 bars of LTE or 5G if lucky in 78724 and 76574 (home and work).
