I couldn’t find anywhere to review or send feedback on a Verizon Technician.
I made this username just to make a post praising my technician Joe (Joseph). He came to my apartment in Beacon, NY between 8-9am this morning. I hope this somehow gets passed along to him! He was so incredibly helpful, positive, and knew exactly what he was doing. Plus, he’s a funny guy! Worked for a couple hours and that includes running a whole new fiber optic line outside on the road since the previous was cut, just so I could get wifi. Set-up my Verizon box and router, stayed to make sure everything was running as it should. He also saved me a trip and took my previous router back for me.
