Today I was calling customer because I was charged twice for my internet. Martha was the person that I got after I called and she was really rude, talked to me like I was a child, she was really smart-aleck and sarcastic. She would interrupt me when I would try to explain her the situation and would say in the lines to pay better attention. This was overall a terrible experience. She then transferred me to finance just for the other woman to tell me what Martha did. I just hope they get better people for this kind of jobs because how can you be so impudent and mad so early in the day. I tried looking for a way to do a survey but I never got one nor can I find it in the app.
