I have yet to receive the $200 Visa Gift Card which I was told I would be receiving for signing up for Verizon FIOS. I received an email on May 26, 2023 requesting that I sign up for the gift card on line, which I did. I received another email from Verizon on May 27th stating that the gift card was on its way to me. Today I called Verizon and spoke with a representative. He was unable to help me. He transferred me to the Gift Department. That woman was also unable to help me. They both said that they could see that I had signed up for the card but they didn't know why I hadn't received it. The woman tried transferring me three different times to Blackhawk. Their phone lines were undergoing maintenance. She gave me their number and suggested I continue calling. I am completely frustrated! Can anyone help me with this issue? Thank you.
