Just received my new phone today. Completed installation and the phone remains in SOS mode
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Congrats on the new iPhone 14, hsayers18! I too would be concerned if my new phone was showing in SOS mode after setting it up. Can you tell me about what steps you took to activate the new device? Has the phone shown any other status aside from SOS Mode?

I just followed the prompts the phone told me to do. I transferred from my iphone 12 pro max.
No, no other status than SOS.
