I returned my iPhone 12 via ups pick up at my home on June 5th. I personally handed the return to my UPS driver and he didn't give me a tracking number (I didn't ask for one). I got a message from Verizon, today June 15th that they have not received my return. All I remember is it was shipped to Texas.
UPS will not help without a tracking number.
Verizon cannot look it up with the return tag bar code and I didn't take a picture before sending it of I cannot call the warehouse that I believe may be in Fort Worth, TX.
Anyone have any helpful information?
