SOS today in VA

Is anyone else facing network issue today? I’m in VA and have sos since noon. Have been chatting with a live agent who made me reboot the device 10 times. Also reset the phone, installed e-sim, went to store and got a new sim. It worked for 15 mins without internet and they opened nrb ticket. As soon as I came home, again I’m seeing SOS
