Unable to add funds in this months cycle

I’m currently in Australia and need to add funds to my Verizon account to enable the Travel plan, for myself, my wife & my son. I’ve tried adding funds several times but I receive a message saying that I’m unable to more funds in this months billing cycle. Could you please help me asap. Cheers Brad
