I’m currently behind on my payments and I know it’s my fault. I fell through some hard times and was hoping to chat with you guys and get my service restored for a week until I can pay the balance in full however the chat only sends me to a link to pay my balance in order to restore service or else. I’m unable to for a week or so. Any help ? My phone is off.
