The Verizon utility box in front of my house is many decades old and in very bad shape. The last time a Verizon tech was here, he strapped electrical tape around the cover to stop it falling off but it still has protruding wires and is an eyesore. How do I get Verizon to fix it properly? Removal would be even better since it probably isn't even used because it predates FIOS . It would also be nice it could be placed on the property line which is only about one foot away.
