ARC-XCI55AX Bride Mode Issues

I have the ARC-XCI55AX Gateway modem/router and I want to use an external router/mesh (Asus ZenWiFi Hybrid Mesh WiFi Router). I have followed the instructions and placed the ARC-XCI55AX in bridge mode by turning on the IP passthrough, but my external mesh will not work. I previously used a different mesh system (Linksys Velop) and I had the same issues.can anyone help?

I am new to 5G home internet and really need it to work so I can cancel my overpriced cable with Cox.

We want to do all we can to make sure your Internet is properly set up. WHat instructions are you referring to for changing the router?

Thank you for the information, SEflan. What exactly happens when you try to enable bridge mode on your Gateway device? What is the LED status light you see when completing this process? Are you allowed to complete the process from the Admin page, or do you receive an error message of any type?
