Recently lost my iPhone 12 max. Went to the store. Rep sold me a 14 pro max. He also said I didn’t have insurance on my old 12 model. Im not sure about this.
There is replacement insurance on my account now. When did this happen? Because The rep also told me they arent selling insurance for the 14 yet. But somehow I have insurance for something from someplace. Can Verizon did up the info from my old 12 pro max? They act like it went up in a fire.
If I can’t have insurance now for my 14 pro max, what insurance do I have instead? All very opaque. The last rep just disconnected from me. Boo
