Unable to claim Xbox $100 Gift card

I keep trying to claim the $100 Xbox gift card, but get taken to a "this resource is not found" page after clicking "Claim Offer"

It seems like this has been an issue for a long time based on the other posts here -- has anyone gotten it to work for them?
