Do new installations of FIOS internet include a battery backup or UPS? Thanks

Not really. Even the older units with an integrated battery backup unit (BBU) only kept the voice connection up (after a few minutes of network backup). You would be better off just getting an off-the-shelf UPS and using that. Just remember that switches, the router, and PCs need their own UPS.
