I went to verizon wireless to get a monthly subscription and the assistant only click on her tablet and my cellphone while asking me my personal information. She couldn’t activate the phone and on top of that, I was charge for a sim card and don’t have a sim card neither the service, when I requested the money to be refunded, she told me was prepaid and non refundable. I don’t have service, sim card and no money. Very disappointed. .
