How many resets, how many complaints before verizon will finally replace the lemon you bought. Tech people are nice but they all say the same thing. Turn it on, turn it off, reset the network, take the sim out, out the sim in... Try the digital sim( do not do this as your phone will not work and you will have to go online to get help). Thanks for the 15 $credit to use but the verizon app wont let me use it.. I have a bad app on a bad phone.. Am i stuck?
