Is it normal for techs to cancel multiple days in a row without letting you know? My appointments have been made 4 times and all 4 times Chat Support gives excuses that the tech canceled and they can't transfer me to the dispatch manager because they use an internal chat system.
Who do I report this to? They rescheduled it to tomorrow but they will probably flake (it's been 4 times so far) and this is really disruptive to my business.
