My iPhone 12 suddenly dropped to one bar and an indication of "congestion" 2 days ago, July 4, 2023. The rep told me I needed a stronger plan, I had the very basic, in order to be at the top of priority to get it fixed. He added the plan and told me to turn off the phone so it can reboot. I did and got 2 more bars. But that only lasted for a few minutes and then it went back down to one bar. Is there an actual fix for this other than selling me a premium plan? And why doesn't the premium plan do what I was told it would do? I love/hate technology.
