I signed up online for prepaid service and ordered a BYOD SIM to be mailed but when I submitted the order it said that something went wrong. Now there's a pending charge from Verizon for $0.00 in my bank and I didn't get any confirmation email and I didn't get the phone number so I can't access the account. I set up the account passcode and security question but I can't get anywhere without knowing the phone number. I asked support and they said that they couldn't find any account that was created. Will they just mail the sim anyway even without any confirmation?
Is there a way to find the account using the name, email, shipping address or card number I used to sign up?
