Can not receive landline phone calls

Hello I have contacted Verizon and they are no help. Recently I can not receive landline phone calls. I have tried all their suggestions over and over and over again. Along with a total factory reset. Nothing did any good. I have an iPhone 14 pro max. Anybody out there have this issue?

Was your mobile number ported from another carrier or provider to Verizon Wireless? If so, it is possible that all of the various databases that carriers use to route calls to the proper service provider have not been updated, so calls are still being sent to the former provider.
