Lost Hotspot- GPS Location?

Is it possible to locate it via gps? Our online account appears to be no help. We are business customers however our so called business consultant does not return calls or emails now that we bought a bunch of stuff. Nice.... we will rectify that situation soon. But anyone know if I can somehow locate it?

I left our verizon mobile hospot on a train yesterday. I need to find a way to locate it via gps. Is it possible? There is absolutely no help online.

Hello Esteslawnorthampton. We're sorry to learn you lost your hotspot. Unfortunately, these devices do not have GPS. Do you know if you have insurance on the device?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to locate it via GPS. The only thing we can recommend is to suspend the line of service and do an insurance claim (if you have insurance) to have it replaced. Since it's a business account, please call 1-800-922-0204 from your business line.
