Apple ID/Email Address Tied to Verizon Apple Music Subscription

I have Apple Music through my Verizon account originally added when I was using an Android using a Gmail account but I recently made the switch to an Apple iPhone 14 Max and created a new Apple ID separate from my Gmail. How do I switch my music account to the new Apple ID?
