Hello...I have an old/abandoned GTE phone utility box located on the curb on my residential property. I understand that Verizon bought out GTE years ago. Can I submit a request to remove the old box? It's starting to become an eyesore and I'm not sure if it's safe because the metal housing is coming apart. Thank you for your time.
