Power of Attorney for a Landline account

My elderly mother has a landline account and I need access to discuss her services. I have POA but don't know where to email the information. I saw a couple of posts here, but the info was for Verizon Wireless. This is strictly a landline account. Please advise ASAP!

Update - her line is actually a FIOS Digital Voice Unlimited line. Same question about where to email the POA info stands....
