Have to turn off/on - call starts off ok, then can't hear me - I hear them -what's up? Is it phone or Verizon Service?
Hello, VoiceOf1, thanks for reaching out regarding your call concern. Are you experiencing this audio issue with every call? Do you recall any changes shortly before this started happening? You mentioned powering off and back on. Does this resolve the issue for a short time?

It does not happen every time - but often enough that it is an issue. Frustrating for both parties on the call. I chatted with a Verizon - CCR who told me there was a "known network" issue - in my area (but it happens when traveling - outside of my area as well) but it should be resolved soon? That's kind of vague - and really unacceptable - my calls are important. That was last week - but it is still happening and I just can't trust the service as reliable anymore.
