$50 xbox gift card gone from offers

Today is the day I could redeem the Xbox gift card offer of $50 for ordering Fios, it disappeared from pending and didn’t show up in ready. A bunch of people have had that same complaint. Chatted with support with no resolution. How do I get this resolved?
