My iphone 12 Pro has either no cellular service or 1 bar and will go in and out of SOS mode. It also will not connect to wifi. Even when it is showing 1 bar it will not send a text message. Help!

Are you seeing the SOS indicator when you are in a particular location or does this happen no matter where you go? Does it help to restart your phone? You mentioned an issue with WiFi as well. What is happening when attempting to connect to WiFi?
