When we first signed-up with Verizon several years ago outside of Grayson, Kentucky we had a good cell signal at our home. Over time our home signal deteriorated to the point of dropped-calls and having to use a wifi extender. Our current wifi service is provided by Windstream DSL. Our Windstream DSL service has deteriorated to the point of daily drops in their service, which also in turn drops our cell service with the extender. We have reached-out to both Verizon and Windstream technical support and was told there was nothing they could do to help. We are in a conundrum. If someone has any suggestions we would like to hear them. Our next step is switching cell carriers to one with a better signal in our home location.
