Was inactive. Then got new router now says HNP Disabled. The app deleted and reinstalled… hot new router .. rebooted .. has Fios do in their side and it says it’s enabled but app say no even on computer same thing.. been going on for 21 days and 25 phone calls and no help to resolve this… I guess get rid of Verizon
