I recently purchased a network extender from Verizon. Everything works except the person on the other line cannot hear me. Everything is connected. This has happened with multiple phones. I went through four hours of troubleshooting with verizon and was sent a new extender (they determined mine was defective). The new extender is doing the same thing. I have Frontier fiber for internet. The staff at Frontier also was not helpful. I have read other forums where people have had the same problem but no answer. Also, my neighbor has the same exact internet, cell service and extender, and her's works perfectly. Any advice?
