My wife an I have been having multiple issues over the last few months getting a $25 Dollar loyalty discount applied to our bill that was promised to us back in May. We just completed our 4th call on the subject (We've spent probably close to 6 hours on the phone) and every time we think that we have fixed the issue, the next bill comes out and does not feature the discount and whomever we speak to never seems to know anything. We have reference numbers from our previous conversations in which we were told that we would get this discount yet no one knows how to help us. This is very frustrating.
Has anyone had this issue? If so, how do we resolve this once and for all! PLEASE HELP!!!!
