I have an older iphone and switched my sister's sim card to it and switched her phone number to it as her phone was destroyed. Went through a series to "unlock" times and finally got it to accept her security code (I thought). It now just says "iphone unavailable". Can't get thru to anything now. Need to get some info from her cloud account if possible. Help?!
