I have a letter/add from Verizon saying Fios customers can get Unlimited Welcome phone plan for 30$ after discounts related to Mobile + Home, auto pay, bring your own phone, paperless billing etc.
I went to the store to make sure the offer is actually real and agent in the store confirmed and even signed me up saying my monthly bill will be 25$ + taxes.
2 weeks in the game, i got a bill of 109$
Called customer case 3 times, they denied the discount saying its for 4 lines ( which is not clearly stated in the add ).
Someone from customer care said this discount will be applied to Fios bill, which is again not mentioned anywhere.
I went back to the same store to ask, surprise !! they also denied the discount..
Store agent ended up calling customer care, and they again played the same reasons again and again.
Haha..
I casually said, "Looks like i am being fooled here".. Surprise !! Response from store agent was "hmm".
I still have the add with me, i asked my friend to read the add cross check if i misread anything, he also felt the same.
looking for suggestions if there any anything i can do here or just pretend victim.
I was loyal Fios customer for years, did not expect this from Verizon.
