I am once again having issues with Verizon Fios and its upload speeds. I don't know why but this is a reoccurring issue. Firstly, I have changed my NIC on my devices, from the "plagued" Intel NICS. My upload speed right now is capped at 900/100. Secondly, I have disabled TCP/UDP Checksum, and I have disabled LSO (Large Send Offload) and other features on my new RealTek NIC. I don't have any more solutions at this point. I am starting to think that this is an issue with Verizon's new router. Since when I plug my ethernet into my ONT, I get perfect 900/900 speeds. Currently, using the CR1000B I am having these issues.
