I have discussed my landline Caller ID problem with 3 or 4 different agents after finally getting to talk with them after long frustrating telephone waits. Twice I was told a service tech would be scheduled and come to our house. Both times the tech informed me after arriving and I explained my Caller ID problem they told me this problem was a software glitch and Verizon had made a mistake in their type of technician scheduling. I have even received emails e.g. "Congratulations your problem has been solved and the ticket has been closed." I am into my 4-5th week and nothing has changed. I am a longtime and a very disappointed unhappy customer.
