We have been dealing with this for 5 years. The Verizon coverage on our street in an active adult community is almost nonexistent so we must depend on wifi calling. We can go a few weeks with no problem. Then wham! Several weeks of dropped calls after a few minutes. We can hear the other person but they cannot hear us and the we get Call Failed. Trying to call back is useless unless we first either turn wifi off and back on or reboot IPhone . This happened with the IPhone 8 and an upgraded IPhone 13 and 13+. We have an extender…no difference then before we had one. Neighbors across street have AT&T with no problems. After so many years with Verizon I’ve lost count, we will be changing after contract up. We have no problem anywhere else or with texting so hate to do but as seniors we must have reliable cell service in our home.
