I've been having network issues for a couple years now, basically since I opened my own account. I was on my family's account before this and had some issues then to. That I can remember I've had to get my sim card replaced at least twice. Last time it was because my phone apparently just stopped reading them... I had to buy a new phone, I got a trade in offer for my phone which roped me into a 36 month contract to get it applied to my bill. So now my monthly bill is more expensive and I still have terrible service! My phone constantly switches between 5g and 4g usually with no more than 3 bars sometimes only a bar. On the rare occasion when I somehow have 5 bars of 5g the service somehow gets worse! I have trouble sending texts regularly! The data is incredibly slow. Today 8/2 it stopped again! I've had this phone less than a year! I only have bars when it's connected to wifi. As soon as it disconnects from wifi, I have no data and can only do emergency calls. I can't really afford to pay off this phone AND get a new one. Plus I don't really want to give this company any more of my money, I didn't want to buy a new phone to begin with! However I'm seriously considering paying this off and leaving this terrible service. I could get significantly better service somewhere else or at least find a company that will charge me a third of what you are charging me for the same horrible service!
