I will keep this long story short(ish). I received a $100 gift card for activating my Fios service. Due to website issues, I tried to place an accessories order through a verizon rep, who applied the card to an order. Unfortunately, the order would not go through, so we decided to try again the next day. In the process, the gift card balance dropped to zero. I called customer service through which nobody seemed to know how to help, thus I was sent in circles between customer service at Fios and Verizon Wireless. Has anyone had an issue like this, and how did they solve it?
