Android phone pairing with receiver issues.

Hi,

I have a Google Pixel 5 (Android 13), I am trying to pair my phone with the receiver (LV65) using the My Verizon app, but I am unable to do it.

Sometimes I see the blue light flashing, but then I get an error saying "Unable to pair."

I've also tried pairing my phone with the receiver using my own phone Bluetooth settings. But it wouldn't work either.

Could you please help?
