I'm jcurious if Verizons support for the Askey LTE Extenders has improved over the last year and a half.
I purchased and Extender in January of 2021. I took until October of 2021 to get it working properly. I spent 100's of hours on the phone with Verizon support. Mostly with people who has no clue about the Extender. I would get a call and it would go directly to voice mail with no notification that a call came in. Many, many other Verizon customer were having the exact same issue.
I demanded that they contact the manufacturer to have them do a firmware fix for my issue. They refused. I finally resorted to contacting my states Attorney Generals office. Once they got involed the issue was quickly resolved with a firmware fix from the manufacturer. The unit has worked flowlessly since.
I have been having a issue where intermittantly people cannot hear me on my iPhone SE 2020. I can be on a call anywhere from 1-30 mins or more and rendomly they cannot hear me. I call them back and the problem goes away - most of the time. I am really afraid to contact Verizon for support and have been living with this issue for about a year. I have a feelng that it has something to do with the Extender because it only appears to happen when I am at home and using the Extender.
