i got a new bank card....ugh. so i entered etc...made payment. Now i have a balance of $30 but account still says my account is inactive because i need to make a payment but i have a balance. The amount owed was $25 so i should have more than enough. I don't want to keep making payments only to stay in the same place account wise. Am i missing something?
