I have wires over my driveway that are strung between two poles. The lines are very low and we're recently hit by a delivery truck. The lines are visibly damaged and are hanging even lower than before. These lines are old GTE lines and if I follow them they connect to a GTE box on the side of my neighbor's house. These lines get hit by cars daily and are a serious hazard but Verizon customer service won't help me. Verizon owns GTE.
