Traded in my samsung galaxy S22+ for a $1000 credit toward an iphon 14 pro max on a new account. Sent the trade-in using the box and label that Verizon sent. UPS shows that it was delivered on August 9th (see below for proof). However, I received an e-mail from Verizon today stating that I needed to send my trade in within 10 days or I risk losing my trade-in credit. I check my trade in status and it has not been updated from "initiated" (see below) despite the fact that UPS shows that it was delivered to the returns warehouse dock on 08/09/23. Can someone please reach out to me to verify that the phone has been received? I do not want to lose my trade in credit as it was the only reason I switched to Verizon from T-mobile.
