Hi, I have been having an issue with Verizon ever since I signed on with them over 6 months ago. I purchased an when I signed on, so the phone was brand new. I am unable to send or receive multimedia (mms) and pictures from my iPhone to android devices and vise versa. I have contacted Verizon week after week. I am always promised that the solution they proposed will solve the issue for good. I have spoken to so many Verizon customer service team members, tier 2 technical support, and requested to escalate the issue to a higher level supervisor. I have checked all my settings a million times. Apple has checked the device and did a full factory reset on my phone and after running diagnostics said there was nothing wrong from their end. I have been using the fix I found online (using the block messaging feature) in my account settings and it works for about a week and then the same thing happens again. I am seriously at my wits end and I want to not only leave Verizon but throw the entire phone away. I am so over not being able to use my smartphone to do simple tasks. I saw comments about traveling internationally and needing to insert the old sim- which not only do I not have anymore, but this phone only uses e-sims and I switched entire phones before coming to Verizon so I don’t think that fix will work for me. I am DESPERATE and would love guidance because Verizon has failed me repeatedly on so many levels. Thank you!
