I cannot log in. The login box does not show. Instead, an orange text box pops up saying
Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time.
I have worked with verizon tech support for several days and they keep repeating the same steps that don't fix the problem. We have had this problem for 4 weeks. Same error shows on phone or personal computer. My daughter can log in at a different location using a different home network. She also does not need to switch to data mode.
How do I fix the log in error?
